Brooke Karakurt has a broad-ranging commercial and transactional practice that encompasses business law, property law, and wills and estates. Empathetic and responsive to her clients, Brooke takes a careful and collaborative approach to finalizing transactions. When negotiating on behalf of her clients, she prioritizes their interests and works diligently to protect their rights. Brooke has successfully advised and represented clients in various matters, including conveyancing for the purchase and sale of businesses, as well as buying, selling, and leasing both residential and commercial real estate, in addition to planning their estates. Before entering legal practice, Brooke was a nationally accredited mediator, specializing in dispute resolution within the building and telecommunication industries.
